Loading the production calendar

I would like to automatically load the production calendar for the year to take into account weekends.
Prompt any reliable web service for this.
The best of course is a machine-readable format: XML, JSON, etc.

For Russia, there is an official source on the Russian open data portal:
data.gov.ru/opendata/7708660670-proizvcalendar

in Ukraine, for state-offs / holidays, there are usually laws that look at the ligabusiness-inform portal, the Liga-Zakon legal system from them, and the website of the Supreme Council (Rada) of the country. Try to ask your lawyers/your HRs where they get the data on this case.
PS. there are still portals like calend.ru , which also have references to current and upcoming holidays, why fence your garden if you can take information directly from their site

Judging by this , they do not use any of the popular CMS.
I guess some kind of proprietary framework is being used.
