Who uses TRIZ in programming? If yes, how exactly? The topic is very interesting, but I'm not sure what can be adapted to development.

TRIZ has a small drawback - in 99% of cases, in fact, it works inversely to the declared one, i.e. first, some garbage is invented in an unknown way, and then TRIZ adherents explain why this garbage was invented with the help of TRIZ.
