Loading RAM

The problem is this: when downloading any files using utorrent (from 1-2GB to 25-30GB), over time, RAM usage rises to 90-95%. After turning off utorrent (fighting lags), the system does not return to normal and you have to reboot the machine. After that, everything falls into place, but it is worth starting the download - after 20 minutes everything repeats. What could be the problem?

The antivirus can check the files that utorrent accesses.

I advise you to check the RAM with memtest -ohm, maybe the memory is broken, and check it with an antivirus with a live cd
