Phenom II X4 945 + DDR2 800Mhz OK?

There is a Phenom II X4 945 3.0Ghz processor with max. memory bandwidth 21.3 Gb / s.
There is DDR2 800Mhz memory with a bandwidth of 12.8 GB / s in dual-channel mode.
Mother ga-m56s-s3 --> ddr2 800 max
Will such a memory in practice limit the capabilities of the processor?? (It is in applications and not in benchmarks!)

on DDR2 the throughput is much lower. this is for the entire Phenom II line Up to 17.1GB/s memory bandwidth for DDR2 and up to
21GB/s memory bandwidth for DDR3 and there is 17.1GB/s
