Why can the RAM module disappear?

Good afternoon everyone, I ask you to suggest those who may have met similar. There was a motherboard based on an AMD processor, I changed it to a similar one but based on Intel. After that strange glitches appeared. Periodically, when the computer is turned on, it does not see one of the RAM modules (8 GB bar), but after "shamanic" manipulation (turning off, distinguishing power from the database - turning it on without electricity to "pull out" the remaining energy - connecting the power - turning it on) it starts to see again this plank. Previously, such shamanism was not necessary. The option of throwing out the RAM is not suitable until there is extra money for a replacement, and there is no guarantee that the same thing will not work either. The module itself used to be bought "at a markdown" with the wording "replacement of the firmware". Does anyone have any ideas what can be done about this?

Clean the pins of the strip with an eraser (to a shine) and try to find the position of the strips in the slots, in which the memory will work more stable. Ideally, you should check with known good slats in the same slots. Sometimes it happens that the contacts in the slots themselves become unusable, then there are two options - either change the motherboard, or take it in for repair.
