Is there somewhere a list of all registered .ru domains in the public domain? About a year ago I saw a link to a txt file where there were a bunch of domains, now I can’t find it and I’m not sure that everything was there ..

called a zone file. Often access to them is limited and is provided either to large registrars or other interested parties upon a motivated request. And, most likely, in order to have access to an up-to-date copy and / or some data, in addition to the list of names itself, you will have to pay.
Previously, registrar R01 posted lists of all RU/SU/RF domains, but now for some reason they have been removed.
Reg.ru provides convenient online access to the lists and statistics of all three zones on StatOnline.ru . There are also "Domains of Russia" .

C .ru domain is simple. A daily updated and free list can be obtained from the registrar - https://partner.r01.ru/zones/ru_domains.gz
If you need it for all domains, then you can’t find it for free here. For money they took a couple of times here - https://domains-monitor.com/ If anyone knows more interesting options, I would be grateful.
