Hey!
I would like to register a free and without advertising domain of the 2nd or 3rd level in the zone .ru .com .edu.ru .edu.com...
By edu in this case I mean education (CEP), or else it would be cool with an abbreviation for the word university or something close in meaning ...
Is it possible to register a domain of this type and under similar conditions somewhere?
And if so, where?
