Linux Driver/Security Courses

Hello! Whether someone will prompt adequate courses on creation of Linux drivers and/or on safety of this system. It is desirable that the courses be held in Moscow. Unfortunately, I found only one option (so as not to be considered an advertisement, I will refrain from voicing it).
Basically, all training centers offer Linux at the user or system administrator level, but about security in general, everything is at the “set up the right firewall and everything will be fine” level.

I have never seen such a course. Self-education is not suitable?
I recommend reading about drivers LDD3 .
Just about the core - LKD 3rd edition by Robert Love.

I believe that if you recruit a group, you can negotiate with the teacher.
