License choice - Creative Commons or something else?

Good evening. Please help me choose a license for software (php-script) using Zend Framework 2. I got confused in the definitions and I'm afraid to choose the wrong type of license.

The source codes of the script are open and posted on GitHub. Users can use the script on commercial sites and modify it to suit their needs without any restrictions. But at the same time, users must leave a copyright (link to the project website), permission to remove which is purchased as a paid option (branding-free). With all this, they cannot appropriate the original authorship.

creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/deed.ru - does CC BY-SA 3.0 qualify or is some other license required for these requirements?

Thank you.

PS. Previously, one of the contributors indicated the GNU GPL v2, but as I understand the conditions described above violate it, well, to be honest, I would not want to use such "old" licenses.

CC BY-SA is more suitable for textual information (articles, stories, etc.). Since the GNU GPL v2 has already been listed, you will need to use that or a compatible license (such as GNU GPL v3). About "abrupt" change (for example, to MIT) it is better to ask a specialist in the field of licensing.
