Text rights

Good afternoon.

I created a website where I posted instructions for setting up software and equipment for watching IPTV, described everything in detail, and attached beautiful screenshots. No copyrights, authorship, etc. I didn't list it on my site. The Internet provider providing IPTV services took the information from my website (just copied everything) and posted it in the appropriate section of the official website.

Can I demand that information be removed from the site or sell the right to use information from the site?

Even if no copyrights were indicated - the text is yours, no one has the right to it.

Copyright arises at the time of creation of the text. Your text. No attribution is required. Its use without your consent, the conclusion of a license agreement is illegal. Moreover, if the text begins to make a profit, it can be recovered. But these are courts, proof ... a lot of headaches, in a word.

In general, in the context of habra, such questions look very funny. I don’t want to offend anyone personally, but topics with calls to make everything free and free are gaining a crazy number of pluses here. And next to it, pluses are gaining complaints about stolen content, design and ui :)
And it's better to indicate copyright, with a CC SA license, for example. You can do it without straining and everyone will be happy.

You need to prove the date of creation of the text that you had this text earlier. And present this evidence to your opponent, in this case you have a weighty legal argument with which you can go to court.

He took, probably after all, not the provider, but his unscrupulous employee. You can try to write to them, but they can always refer to the fact that they can (could) take screenshots themselves, etc., in the worst case, they will send them away.

The same nonsense, some parasites constantly steal content, it's even more insulting when they climb higher upon request. No matter how much you fight, they still spy… Some sites are removed after talking with the admins, but mostly they send them.

If you are already so offended, ask for a link to yourself, i.e. to indicate the source of the information.
In general, I would not take a steam bath (however, I do not take a steam bath in similar situations). Bigger people will benefit from your instruction.
