License calculation for VMware vSphere 5 (ESXi)?

Tell me how the license for VMware vSphere 5 (ESXi) is calculated if there are several physical machines?

With the release of ESX5, the concept of VRAM was introduced, and so, each license has its own amount of this VRAM, which limits the maximum amount of RAM per 1 socket in the server.
Even if there is more physical memory than is covered by the license, it will not be used in virtual machines.

It has been licensed for processors all its life, plus one separate license for vCenter. Well, or two, if necessary.
