How to migrate an ancient server to vSphere?

There is a server on the old one. No, not like that, OLD, iron. For some reason it's trying to die. How can it be transferred to a virtual machine that is at least newer?

In general, there are P2V utilities and similar ones that can do everything themselves. The age of hardware in this context is not so important, the main thing is that the OS is more or less supported by your hyperwizard.
