Is it possible in LibreOffice Write to protect geometric shapes not only from moving and resizing, but also from deletion?

No, the example rectangle cannot be the background of a table cell.
Looking for an analogue of Object ⟶ Lock from InDesign.

In the "Position and size" properties there is a "Protect" item, but it cannot be protected from deletion. no way. Only if you make the document read-only and implement text input with a script.
