When inserting a fragment of a web page, LibreOffice requests authorization data from the proxy. If you enter your login and password and save them, the office offers to protect the saved data with a master password.
Yes, it's secure, but it creates an unnecessary headache. Where it turns off, I could not find.

Uncheck "Master password protection"
