Why is one Libre Calc menu item not translated?

From some point, instead of the "Data" menu, "Data" began to be written. Tried to reinstall with deleting the profile - does not help. What can be wrong?
Win7, LO 6.1.3.2

Delivered 6.1.4.2, tried to delete profiles - the same garbage. I also found it on other menus.
There are no errors on the disk, I checked with a scandisk
