Libreoffice base doesn't understand cyrillic with mysql?

I connected libreoffice base with Mysql via ODBC Mysql in all settings I tried to set utf8, but without result. Here are the photos

. What else could be the problem, that it does not show the Cyrillic alphabet?

And set up Mysql on Linux like this
