Tell me one. The main criteria are support for the Russian language, Android SDK version no higher than 19 and work with C #; secondary criteria are the presence of asynchrony (constant listening and short-term on the event) and the ability to recognize offline (if not, then at least not wait a few seconds with the H + connection to process one word).
I tried Android.Speechin Xamarin, but there is no way to recognize the Russian language, and the hypothetical googled solution did not help:
