Letters are intermittently skipped when typing fast on the English layout. How to decide?

When typing on the English layout, letters are occasionally skipped. On the Russian layout, this was not observed. Especially infuriates in games when the action does not work when pressed. Who knows what it might be? If it were just a dirty keyboard, then it would have been in Russian.

If games have this, then this is a software error. The key test will show you which keys and how they work on different layouts, run a few tests, see what could be the reason with regards to this moment. If it doesn't work, install the English(United States) language pack.
