USB ports stop working when installing windows 7?

When Windows is being configured, the mouse and keyboard stop working. Tried to connect others, did not help.
Mat board gigabyte AB-350M-DS3H V2. BIOS version is latest. How to make it all work?

you have 6 usb 3x ports and 8 usb 2x who is placed where - I don’t know (usually 3x has blue plastic, unlike 2x it is white, less often yellow)
and so 7k does not support treshki without drivers. correct drivers for the chipset are required, and separately for usb 3x
you can search by color 2x and try in them, it should work right away
