Lenovo Thinkpad under Windows keeps popping up laptop audio level meter when external HDMI display is connected?

The question, of course, is individual and, perhaps, not for the Toaster, but I am tormented for the second day.
I got a laptop Lenovo Thinkpad X1, it has native Windows and all sorts of standard utilities for ThinkPad.
When working with Putty, if an input is made from the keyboard, as a result of which no action should occur, the sound level indicator on the laptop pops up. For example, if you enter part of the path in the console and press tab (if there is no unambiguous option), then the standard console sound in such cases appears and for some reason the window for the sound level of the laptop appears. Or if you completely remove the command from the console and continue to press backspae, the standard sound again appears and the same indicator flies out.
Googled - nothing intelligible came across, maybe someone came across, or at least what settings would you advise to look at?
UPD:
Putty turned out to have nothing to do with it. Because Later I discovered that this panel with sound pops up even in skype and other programs. And this only happens when an external monitor is connected via HDMI.

@BANTIK

The problem appears only when an external monitor is connected via HDMI and displayPort (judging by the description of the fix, see below).
Because I killed a decent amount of time to catch the problem, then I will write here the solution that helped me now for sure.

[Problem fixes]
- Fixed an issue where volume indicator popped up per playing sound using
Windows Media Player when connecting external monitor via display port
connector.

@Anonym

It's some kind of pre-installed software. Try turning off everything related to sound.
