Lenovo EDGE 15 laptop boils in games (100C) How to spin up the fan

Good afternoon, hackers!

Given:
Notebook Lenovo EDGE 15 (0301-RV2)
image
Problem:
The video card does not cool correctly, the temperature reaches 100C, after which the laptop is cut down.

Conditions:
The fan works and is very quiet
. The cooling system for percent and video is common.
Mechanically, the cooling system is in good condition and clean
. Thermal paste is fresh.
All firewood is installed .
BIOS is the newest.

Utilities:
OS - only Windows 7 HB.
Cooling settings not found in BIOS
Only 1 option "System Cooling Policy" found in Lenovo power management utility - Active or Passive
Active mode is useless.
The CPUCool utility does not detect fans and therefore cannot control them.

Question:
How to spin the fan to 100%?
Thank you in advance

On my Lenovo T420s, by default, the cooler also didn’t spin much.
I installed the TPFanControl utility, with it the processor became much colder.
Hangs constantly now in startup.

Try an older version of drivers and tools to select cooling. The same problem was with the z570 - the new tool not only periodically fell, but also did not start the maximum cooling. I put the old version (from the disk, if you look at the site - then try the version compatible with XP) - it all worked. In the old version - four different modes.

Specify, is the “exhaust” of the cooling system very hot? At 100 per chip. taking into account losses at the thermal interface, the air should be about 80 degrees, this should be well determined by hand.
