By definition, OSINT is open source intelligence, the collection of publicly available information for further analysis.

Constitution of the Russian Federation Part 4, Article 29 Everyone has the right to freely seek, receive, transmit, produce and distribute information in any legal way. The list of information constituting a state secret is determined by federal law.

According to the constitution, OSINT is a normal practice as long as it is in the white zone.
