Guys, where can I study law for a startup business now?
Preferably concise and structured, from people who have at least some experience.
The questions I'm interested in now are:

1. What type of registration in the tax office to choose;
   
2. How are the conditions for investment, distribution of shares documented;
   
3. How is the process of receiving money from the investor
   
4. I'm sure there are a lot more nuances that I don't know about.
