Legal aspects of crowdsourcing

Good afternoon, colleagues.

I am developing one interesting project in which it is supposed to use the work of crowdsourcers. Payment exclusively through electronic payment systems. Of course, it is not planned to officially employ them under the Labor Code. In this regard, a couple of questions arose that did not allow me to sleep peacefully to complete the project. Please share those who have experience in creating crowdsourcing projects or any thoughts on this matter:

1. What PS to choose for payments to crowdsourcers? Recently, Y and WM have distinguished themselves not in the best possible way. There are fears that they will begin to massively block either my or crowdsourced accounts. Crowdsourcers will be from the Russian Federation or the CIS.

2. How not to get noticed by the competent authority for non-compliance with labor laws? They can theoretically roll out a claim that they say you make payments to employees, but there are no deductions to the Pension Fund and you don’t pay personal income tax.

3. Can you recommend any template of a contract with a crowdsourcer that would solve question #2?

PS: I am registered as an individual entrepreneur. USN 6%.

1) Yandex or WebMoney, confirm your identity in Yandex, get a Personal Passport in WebMoney and no one will block anything. Or register them on a legal entity, but there you will most likely have to pay taxes.
2) Do not transfer large amounts and large turnovers per month and you will not fall under tax prosecution.
3) Contract agreement.

You must withhold personal income tax from the nominal amount paid, and transfer it to the budget. If you want to be honest with your users, increase the reward for the personal income tax rate.
It is not necessary to conclude an agreement - it is enough to indicate the conditions in the offer.
See the chapter "Offer" in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this case, you don't need templates.

Paying remuneration to foreign citizens is obviously more difficult.
From PS - POISON, with a mandatory add. authorization and communication with the TP. Do not be too lazy to get acquainted with the managers, it is better to get there and do it in person - they are quite pleasant and very contact people.
Everyone seems to already know about the problems of VMs.
