Layout agreement?
Good afternoon.
What should be specified in the layout contract in order to minimize controversial issues?
And how do you make such an agreement? after all often projects and requirements differ.
I see it this way: in the contract, the basic concepts, conditions, obligations of the parties, etc., and in the appendix, detailed requirements for this project.
Share your experience please, how do you conclude contracts.
Thank you.

What are you doing there that you need a contract?! (show the layout in poor resolution...)
Usually, the TOR for the layout (which is attached to the contract) costs exactly half (or 2/3!) of the contract for this layout. This cost is due to the detailed description of the behavior of each interface block on each page type.
Also, the list of works (and it, suddenly! is hierarchical for each type of page, and on it - for a block) should also include a detailed time estimate for each item with a description of "what we do" and verification criteria: "what we check"/" completed if...".
The rights to authorship, ownership and use of the object, the result of which will be works under this agreement, must be clearly specified in the text of the agreement.
Typically, financial and author's issues are specified in the contract, and technical issues - in the TOR, if necessary, annexes to the contract are drawn up. The key phrase of the TK: "the implementation of elements not specified in the terms of reference is carried out at the discretion of the contractor" .
I usually conclude contracts like this:
- How much per hour?
- So many
- Let's go)
The Civil Code .... read and analyze)))
A simple approach:
1) How much
2) How long
3) What needs to be done. There are often brakes. They like to add a task in the process. Tip: only after the certificate of completion. They want to add something - for an additional price (new contract).
