Last.fm under linux: which player is better?
I looked at Banshee - somehow he plays the radio strangely, cuts off after the nth song. Until you hit play again.
Deadbeef knows how to work with lastfm? I did not find such information on the net, because there are a lot of pages on dead beef;)
Audacious is quite good, but there were also jambs with the choice of radio, it is quite difficult to run through playlists there.
Before that, I used shell-fm console, it suits me 100%, but after the update it does not play music. Maybe someone came across and fixed it?
PS Gnome+Unity. I don't want to install sneakers (libraries).

Amarok. Supports last.fm out of the box for three years already. True, you will have to dance with a tambourine so that both UTF-8 and CP1251 tags in mp3 are read normally, if Cyrillic is used in the tags.
I use SongBird. Yes, it is slow, yes, not all file formats play the way you want. But it catches the integration with many resources.
Hang up, gentlemen, shell-fm is working.
All modern players can scrobble and play the radio, yes. But subjectively shell-fm is much more convenient.
1. Runs in the console, which is always available via hotkey if something like Guake is running;
2. The most convenient hotkeys: just hit the r /artist/%artistName% combination to listen to the desired radio by artist, you can bind several stations to buttons 0-9, it’s convenient to add tags to a song, stick likes, and more.
3. Quick access to all features of last.fm, including discovery mode, which you can't find in the web interface, let alone in the player.
In general, thanks for the answers.
