Laptop won't turn on with 2 hard drives?

Hello, I have this problem: I recently bought an SSD drive for my laptop, and I decided to put the old hard drive in place of the DVD drive using a sled, the fact is that when the SSD is connected to the main socket and the HDD is in place of the drive, the laptop does not turn on , and when I put the disks separately, the laptop turns on and works fine, I thought that the Chinese adapter could be the problem in it? .. and found another laptop and did the same procedure, everything works on the other laptop, turns on and loads Windows, I don’t know how to solve this problem, advise what to do?! Notebook-- Acer Aspire 5560G

I will add my mite of the outcome of events, if the comments above did not help.
If, like me, you decide to put an SSD on a laptop, and insert the old HDD in place of the DVD-rom through a sled (optibay_ for file storage, and you have a blue screen referring to a defective boot file in a system with something like this "0x000000f" error code.
Turn off the laptop, remove the battery! Next, take out the drive with the sled from the laptop - put the battery back in, and start the laptop - in the running state, carefully insert the HDD with the sled into the laptop. When the disk is determined, we will need to format and delete the system volumes on it, namely the 16mb partition, the 500mb partition, and the Windows partition, if you have not done this before (then you can merge the unallocated space or add to the existing volume). To do this, we need the AOMEI Partition Assistant program of the standard license - it is free and simple, since these partitions cannot be deleted through the standard Disk Management.
Then do not forget to screw back the screw holding the sled with the disk.
