Laptop upgrade?

Hello. I have an ASUS K53E laptop in my hands
Here is a link to the office. website with specifications - https://www.asus.com/en/Laptops/K53E/specifications/
My modification is this.
Processor - Intel Pentium B950 @ 2.10GHz
RAM:
1) elpida 2rx8 pc3-10600s-9-10-f1 2GB
2) ASint SSY3128M8-EDJEF 1GB
Question number 1. I want to replace the RAM, put two bars of 4 each.
Found some examples of
Kingston ValueRAM SO-DIMM DDR3
[KVR13S9S8/4]
Frequency 1333 MHz.
Kingston DDR3 4GB, PC3-12800
(KVR16S11S8/4)
Frequency 1600MHz.
What is better to put? And does it make sense to put more? Also don't mind your suggestions.
Ordered SSD drive KINGSTON A400 120GB 2.5

If Windows is 32-bit, there is no point in increasing the memory. Well, according to the tasks, you need to figure out how much RAM you need. I would think about replacing the processor with something more powerful (it's a socket one), but on the asus I saw unpleasant consequences in the form of a spontaneous shutdown of the laptop (maybe it's just such a model).
