Laptop selection. Lenovo vs all?

I'm looking for a laptop but I can't seem to find the right one. Initially, I set the following requirements:
- 14 "or 15" matte IPS with a resolution of at least 1600 * 900
- The fourth generation intel processor (i5 or i7)
- The ability to have at least 8GB of RAM
- Battery life is more than 4-5 hours
- Adequate weight (quite often you have to move with a laptop)
I waited and hoped for a Lenovo T440s for a long time , but the reviews about the screen and trackpad are terribly embarrassing (I didn’t find a place in Moscow where I could look at it live). I looked at many different options about Dell, HP, ASUS and Toshiba, but I could not find one suitable (probably missed some models)
Please help with the selection of a laptop that approximately satisfies the above characteristics. The OS will be Win7, so the lack of a touchscreen is desirable. The presence of a discrete video card, just like a DVD drive, is not critical. The laptop will work with MSVS / Eclipse, Matlab and an office suite.
Any suggestions and advice are welcome! Thank you!

The alternative to Lenovo is just Lenovo. Well, or Dell Precision.
But seriously, sit on X/W/Tx30 and wait for x50
