Laptop for work?

I am engaged in frontend and backend development (angular, vue, react, yii2, larevel, node) and I think in the future to write applications for android. The laptop needs a powerful enough and most importantly with an excellent ips screen so that the eyes do not get tired and with good quality within 100 - 130k.

Is there something better on the screen? Or something better in general?
