Tell me, please, why the ASUS K541U laptop is slowing down hard from the very first day.
For example, the first loading of Chrome is 30 seconds, opening another tab is 10 seconds.
Since I work on the Internet, such speeds are simply unbearable. Tell me, please, how to fix this?
I sent the laptop for diagnostics, they said that everything was ok .... but those who saw how the laptop worked with the load of the working day agree that it does not work ok.

The ideal option, as mentioned above, is to change the laptop.
If corrected, then the ssd disk (for example, any kingstone) should be enough for the eyes.
Unload the processor well, and reading / writing will become normal.
And at a minimum if - turn off windows update, turn off superfletch, turn off windows search. This is done - Control Panel>Administration>Services

Most likely, a hard drive from the WD Blue series, which is a renamed WD Green, was shoved there. I came across such ones, the speeds of reading sectors there sometimes drop to ridiculous 10mb / s, as a result, the hard disk is stupid (it is designed to store data, and not to be used as an OS working disk).
