How to format Hynix HBG4e eMMC module?

Hello! Help me please. There is a laptop-tablet-transformer Acer R3-131T. It has neither HDD nor SSD, but only a 32GB Hynix HBG4e eMMC module. They brought it to me with a dead Windows 8.1. It did not start at all, was not restored by any means, even by means of acer. I decided to demolish all partitions and roll fresh Windows there. But what's the problem. Partitions are not deleted from under the installation of Windows 10, nothing happens. When trying to format it, it gives an error (windows could not format partitions on disk 0, error code 0x80070057) and does not install Windows into it. From under the console diskpart can't do anything either. I once had an ordinary flash drive die like that. I got into the readonly mode and did not allow myself to write down anything, although I read it without problems. Died Or is it some kind of cunning protection from acer? Now I'm trying to install a Windows to Go flash drive and try to play tricks with it from under an external Windows.

PS 10 Windows booted from a USB flash drive and even more or less works. eMMC has decided, it sees all the sections on it, but does not allow anything to be done with it. Apparently, she still died. Perhaps there is some recovery software?

PPS As a result, the eMMC module turned out to be dead. There is only one solution for this device (Acer R3-131T). Install Windows on USB 3.0 and work from it.

99% that eMMC is dead, even if diskpart clean doesn't help.
It makes sense to look for software only from the manufacturer.
Intel and OCZ disks with software from the manufacturer completely brought to life.
Hardware solution options: either look for a chip and change it, or see if there is a slot or space for it under an SSD.
PS a slightly newer similar Acer Spin 1 in a number of configurations has a slot for an SSD or a place for this slot. Out of the box, the drive is also eMMC from Hynix.
