Laptop for programming and web development up to 90000?

I'm going to take a laptop for programming and web development. The ability to play games is not important, I choose between
Macbook Pro 13 2017 without TB in the minimum configuration (I look more in his direction, but is 8 GB of RAM and i5 enough?)
ASUS ROG Strix GL553VE-FY052T (16 GB of RAM, i7 7700HQ, GTX 1050 TI is already a powerful option, more ports, but mobility and autonomy are lame, plus a worse screen, albeit IPS)
