Laptop choice: AMD, Intel. Which iron is better to choose?

It so happened that I needed a laptop. I myself used laptops a little, the last one was 2-3 years ago and he lived with me for 5 years (I don’t remember the exact model, but there was Acer ). I have always preferred PC.
But now I need a laptop for study and software development (I write under Android ). I will say right away - I am looking for a budget option. But still I would like the iron to be relatively good (Range + -20k). And I will also install Linux Mint or Ubuntu on a laptop .
Chose several models.
1) Dell Inspiron on AMD.
2) Another Dell on AMD.
3) Acer on Intel.
4) And Asus .
Since I've never used AMD, I'm interested to know what would be the best choice.
If you have any other options, I will be glad to accept them.

Option 2 is the best one.
AMD - looks good for development, multi-core system allows you to work comfortably when you run a bunch of applications. It will get warm during games, of course, but you can buy a stand and it will be normal.
