Killed laptop to change to a mediocre netbook?

Hello.
There is a laptop Toshiba Sattelite C850-D3K. The price in 2013 was about 12-15 tr. Google the specs yourself. I will only say that this is an average laptop for the last generation. Now he looks dead. And so it was killed:
* battery
* USB 3.0 (half torn out. Now I'm holding a microphone on it. It works 100%, but when the gamepad is connected, it de-energizes all 3 usb that are in the laptop)
* upper right corner (above the keyboard). Just broken legs for the bolts. Does not affect work. Thanks to k-lock who is there.
* Replaced the power supply with a universal one. The last one burned down a couple of weeks ago.
* the cover is painted with defects. Not visible from a distance, but up close. The latches at the protector, which is attached to the other side of the cover (cover-monitor-protector), are also broken. (let there be a protection. I don’t want to remember what it’s called).
* minor defects on the body.
+
* Replaced thermal paste.
* works properly without overheating and other byaki.
So what am I getting at. I want to sell it, or rather exchange it for a netbook, because it is both heavy as a portable device and weak as a normal PC.
What is a netbook for and what is required of it:
* Ubuntu (XFCE) / macOS (hackintosh)
* more than 4 hours of work (6-8 is ideal)
* more or less powerful processor.
Tasks/programs:
* Sublime Text,
* Geany,
* code::blocks (rare),
* Aseprite
* Godot engine
* Blender (for low poly) (rare)
* GIMP (light tasks. Up to 150MB RAM)
* gcc (rare, but needed)
* pypy, cpython
* light games (not 3d).
* View YouTube without lags.
Is it even possible to sell a laptop for the price of such a netbook, if I also give a gaming mouse (good budget), a rug (thin, but it will do) on top. And if you add a Magic Trackpad to the price tag of the netbook?
Mobility is really needed, though at the expense of power ... But this is a temporary measure.

1) such a current laptop on Avit for 1k for spare parts for repairers. he is of no use anymore.
2) any laptop with 4 GB of RAM is suitable for you (immediately make sure that there is a free slot to stick in another bar for 4, because laptops with 8 are expensive right away), with a discrete video card, with 4 cores, everything. with current prices - will cost about 20-25k. I would also say to take with an IPS matrix. but it will add to the price is not sickly.
like this for example www.dns-shop.ru/product/b30e410ae0283330/173-noutb...

If you are limited in funds, you can pay attention to Chinese VOYO V1 or V3 laptops. They work for a long time, they are inexpensive ( $160 ), IPS screen, processor ... Well, obviously faster than in "netbooks". Of the minuses - there are no Russian letters on the keyboard, troubles with reinstalling Windows (about Linux - read the w3bsit3-dns.com forum), the overall build quality is lower than that of brands.
