Kernel panic when installing Proxmox?

Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatax exception..
Hello. Help me figure out the problem...
When installing Proxmox VE 3.1 (and any other version) it freezes at this moment, tell me what the problem might be and in which direction to dig.
Hardware:
- Mother: Intel Server Bourd SE7520AF2 TPS;
- 2 processors: Intel Xeon (I won't say which one, and I don't think it's very important)
- 4Gb of RAM
- And a SATA hard drive
