How to configure IP for Proxmox VMs in OVH?

There is a server in OVH with Proxmox installed.
I can't figure out how to set up the network. Registered MAC addresses. But still, the additional IP assigned to the virtual machine is not pinged from my computer.
Can anyone share the setup recipe?

The author wrote in skype, they solved the problem there, started the network as a bridge, registered a reception and everything went well.

Can't configure on Hetzner server.
