Karaoke Mode in Windows 7

Actually, the question is, has anyone encountered such a problem as the sudden and unauthorized inclusion of the “karaoke” mode in Windows 7?
The essence of the problem is that the voice has disappeared in almost all applications. Ie music is audible, sometimes voices are heard very quietly. Also, the voice is “cut out” in all audio and video players. But in Skype, for example, everything is heard wonderfully.
System rollback didn't help. Also reinstalling drivers with cleaning did not help.
UPD:
by the way, I also found headphones, everything is wonderful in them.
also just played with the plug. as a result, if it is not inserted all the way, but at 7/8, then it is also heard normally. OO

So now please clarify why it began to behave this way?

maybe there is a third-party audio driver with an equalizer, and the frequencies are cut on it?
or is this what was meant by the phrase "reinstalling drivers with cleaning"

I had the same thing in the bucket, only the preamplification of the interlocutor through the options helped.

The sound jack must have loosened up. From frequent perekykavaniya on the ears / speakers. I recommend buying a tee. I've noticed this myself many times. Corrected inside the socket of the “spring” connector with a pin with a hook

It was similar with my Nokia and Nokia headset. On the headset, the plug was like a 3.5 jack, but there was another contact pad (apparently for transmitting voice to the phone). If you turn on the headset in another player, then the voices were cut out, the sound became like from a well, on which they put a giant pillow ...
