How to download podcast from mixcloud?

I would like to download podcasts of interest, but I searched on Google and there are incomprehensible sites that go from domain to domain and that’s it, but I don’t like installing incomprehensible programs. I would like a good way. Can anyone suggest a proven way. Thank you.

Manual way: in Chrome, press F12, go to the Network tab, then load the desired page and turn on the podcast. In the Network you will see that a new file has been added with the media type and this kind of path https://stream13.mixcloud.com/c/m4a/64/0/6/f/f/856...
This is actually a direct link to the podcast. Then you can do with it what you want =)

The solution for FireFox is to install the FlashGot plugin. There are similar plugins for Opera too.
