I installed Ubuntu 13.10, linux mint 16, lubuntu, on which pulseaudio 4 rolled - everywhere pulseaudio works only in 1 thread. For example, we turn on music in VK and start Skype - there is no sound in Skype, when you try to call the test number, an error is written that there is a problem with audio playback. We turn off the music in VK - Skype starts working without even rebooting. Works great, no interference, etc. . While playing music in VK, the sound disappears even at the volume control on the panel. Now zvukovuha costs Via tremor. I tried to put some kind of SB LIVE, the problem did not go anywhere. There is no built-in sound system. So far, I have found only one solution for myself - to remove peulseaudio and leave only alsa, but I don’t like the sound in alsa, and purely out of sports interest, I still want to defeat this problem.
