I google the problem, finds only troubles with cdrom. What is the problem? What can he not read if he launches an install from a flash drive?

Recreate the DD image on the flash drive, not the ISO.
If I'm not mistaken in rufus 3.x versions, this feature is no longer available, version 2.x is needed
