Modern bundle for mail server?

We decided to move away from pdd.yandex/google for work.
Tell me which links are currently the most relevant? Five hundred years ago it was, like, postfix + spamassasin + dovecot, I don’t remember exactly. I understand correctly that now one of the successful ones is exim+rspamd+ClamAV+dovecot? Also, additional requirements have now been added - DKIM, DMARC.
We, minimalists, love to configure each soft from scratch and take them only from official rap, therefore, we also refused to consider ready-made combines, such as iredmail, and ready-made docker containers, too.
Plus, we plan to do mailings to our clients, and here is a problem - there are about 15,000 client mailing addresses, but half of them are already non-existent / deleted. That is, they also need to be thinned out. How can this be done, provided that the list can be presented both in a sql table and in csv.
And how not to get blacklisted with your newsletters?
Interested in real experience, of course.
Thank you.

We decided to move away from pdd.yandex/google for work.
it seems to be for work mails/correspondences, and below we are talking about mailing lists.
For the first, a server default and any web muzzle is enough.
+ may dnsbl if mail is widely distributed and there is a risk of spam.
For mailings, this is a completely separate issue.
if you don’t know all the pitfalls, it’s better not to take it at all and use services to send mail.
Fortunately, there are still free or almost.
All pitfalls can only be found on the special. forums.
With large volumes per hour / day, you will 100% hit the limits / spam
(not completely, not everywhere, but you can hit the limits in two accounts. Mail.ru hour from server/domain (even large ISPs have problems delivering "not spam") with it).
And actually against all this there is practically no treatment except for the use of several servers / subdomains / IP. (well, or of course, the speed of a dead turtle during mailings and practically no bans / limits)
