Jira ServiceDesk. How to make the user (initiator of the request) see the list of projects after authorization?

Good day. Two projects have been created. When a user authorizes on the portal, he gets to the standard jirasd/servicedesk/customer/portals
where he can use the search, see requests (all \ his own) and also the "popular" section.

This is how I would like to do it. Make 2 projects (it and 1c), and the user, entering the main page, could choose where to contact him.
For example, get rid of the "popular" field and ironically place two links to each of the projects there.
However, in the portal editor, you can only add a logo, background, and other little things.
Tell me how to solve this problem?
I've been familiar with jira for a few hours at the most.
Maybe there is useful literature or blogs on jira issues? I will also be grateful.

You can see an alternative to SD - the HelpDesk plugin:

In the "Project Settings" menu, go to the "Types of requests" tab and there make the groups you need and the requests that they include. In this case, there is no need to purchase an additional plugin.
