Javascript how to get Unix-time of all Mondays in a range?

Good evening. I need to somehow, for a given date range, get an array of Unix-time seconds of all Mondays at 14:00 in a given time zone. There is a code that gets all Mondays in UTC, everything is simple here. But how to get Mondays in a specific time zone ? There may be a shift in summer / winter time
