Jabber client for Windows with support for NTLM authorization, audio / video and xep-280?

I just can't find a sane client with NTLM support and xep-280:
I've already tried a dozen, and usually a clumsy interface or almost no functions.
In terms of functionality, Jitsi is more or less good, but unstable and often loses settings and there is no NTLM.
Miranda does not know how to use xep-280 and audio / video, and now not being able to send a message to all user devices is somehow not comme il faut.
Pidgeons, vacuums, pandeons and others are mostly clumsy and do not know how to do the above.
Who uses what? Can you suggest something that can be used? To hell with it, with NTLM, at least the interface and media were normal.
