Jabber not working correctly, how to fix it?

Faced a problem when sending messages to ejabberd.
Raised ejabberd chat with LDAP authentication and postgres database. LDAP and Postgres are separate hosts.
Chat (ejabberd) installed in Nextcloud (xmpp client).
Users ejabberd sees, but sees as [email protected] and in this case messages come, and if just a name then messages do not come.
Only works with [email protected] I would like that when entering Nextcloud, users can immediately use the chat. Nextcloud is also configured for LDAP authentication. If I add a user to LDAP, then he immediately appears on the server with a Jaber.
Maybe someone came across where to dig?))
