How to teach the system to understand xmpp links?

Good day.
After reinstallation, the system (Windows 7) stopped understanding xmpp links. How to fix it, or how to teach her to understand them?
Previously, when clicking on such a link, a window appeared prompting you to select a program to process this link.
The Psi xmpp client is installed, it is not listed in the Default Programs, and the xmpp protocol is missing in the Program Specific File Type or Protocol Associations.
Thank you.

If Psi knows how to understand the required parameter from the command line, then you can manually create a protocol specification in the registry.
