Event notifications via XMPP (PoshXMPP + agsXMPP)?

Good day.
At the moment, we use the PoshXMPP wrapper (using agsXMPP) for event notification. On WS 2008 R2 everything worked great. After updating the servers, something went wrong, perhaps the implementation of libraries is not supported by the server, etc. Now on startup it gives the error "Arithmetic overflow" from Powershell.
Are there any locals who used this library and faced the same situation and solved it. Or can you suggest something similar?
