XMPP Messenger is not transferring files, where to look?

File transfer problem. I have my own Openfire server on Ubuntu, when using the Spark client on a stationary computer, files are transferred without problems. But if you connect to a server from an Android client (I used several, but now we are talking about XMPP Messenger), then the files are not transferred at all, the client writes that the transfer is impossible. How to debug this, it's not clear how to get the logs of this XMPP Messenger, can someone tell me something?
