It seems the hub is overheating how to cool it?

My computer freezes up. The image remains on the screen. I thought it was about overheating processor power circuits, but when I touched them during the next such frieze, I realized that they do not drop temperatures. But the hub or otherwise the south bridge immediately becomes colder. So it's about him, right? As I understand it, hot air from the vidyuhi blows on it and from this it overheats and the system gives a frieze. I moved the cooler to the front panel of the case for blowing, but it did not help. Can be rearranged for blowing?

It is unlikely that the friezes are due to the bridge, download AIDA64 Extreme, look at the temperatures, try to drive the load test by monitoring the temperatures.
AIDA64 Extreme
To activate
Help -> Enter the product key
Where everyone knows to look for the keys
To see the temperatures:
Computer -> Sensors
To run the tests
Service -> System stability test -> Select disk and GPU -> Start
My assumptions about what it might be
- Problems with the hard drive
- Bad SATA contact, the SATA cable itself is dead, or the train itself is bad.
- Trouble with RAM (mostly with its lack)
- Problems with the OS, such as registry errors, poorly installed updates, etc. The simplest thing you can check with a clean install of Windows.
